  • Reservation Verification: Our friendly staff member will verify your reservation details as you approach the front gate. If you have a reservation, you’re in luck! They’ll promptly direct you to the designated check-in area.
  • Reservation Assistance: For those who still need a prior reservation, worry not. Our team member(s) will assess availability, provide pricing information, and guide you to the payment booth where you can secure your parking and complete the check-in process.

Park and Shuttle to The Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal

For added convenience, the parking process is simple:

  • Enter the facility and park your vehicle accordingly, either indoors or outdoors. (Our lot has one parking shuttle pick-up and drop-off zone).
  • Display your tickets on the dashboard of your vehicle.
  • Unload your luggage and proceed to the shuttle zone.
  • Our attentive staff will load your luggage onto the shuttle.
  • Our shuttles operate every 30 minutes or as soon as they’re filled, ensuring minimal waiting time (average wait time: 10-15 minutes). There are occasions where trains, city events, and/or The Port of Galveston hired police will hold up traffic preventing our shuttles from easily entering into the Cruise Terminal so please be patient, safety is always our main concern.
