Hassle-Free Cancellation Policy

At Patriot Cruise Parking, we understand that plans can change. We offer Cancellation Insurance and a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. Here’s how our Cancellation Policy works:

• Cancellation Notice: If you must cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your cruise, send your notice of “intent to cancel parking” to our dedicated email address at manager@patriotcruiseparking.com.
• Cancellations Less 48 Hours Prior: For cancellations made up to 48 hours before your reservation, a processing fee of $25.00 will be charged.
• Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of your reserved parking slot. We recommend careful planning to maximize your reservation and cruise parking experience.
• Refund Processing: Once your cancellation claim has been filed, our efficient team will process your refund within 3 (three) working days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method unless otherwise specified. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank (typically 7 to 10 days).

Please remember that we can not refund “Denied Boarding” situations.

To offer you added peace of mind, Patriot Cruise Parking presents the option of our highly recommended Cancellation Insurance. For a small fee of $4.95 per transaction, you can safeguard your investment and enjoy greater flexibility:

• Full Fee Refund: With the purchase of Cancellation Insurance, all other fees associated with Patriot Cruise Parking are fully refundable before your reservation time. It’s our way of accommodating your needs and ensuring your satisfaction.
• Exceptions: Please be aware that Cancellation Insurance does not apply to cancellations resulting from customers being Denied Boarding at the Port of Galveston and/or by the Cruise line(s).

For Cancellation Insurance, select the option provided at the time of your reservation.

Legal Matters and Agreement

The terms and conditions of this transaction are governed by and construed by the laws of the great State of Texas. All obligations from this agreement are performable within Galveston County, Texas.
